Location

The shop's address is 215 E Water St Rear with the entrance on Erie Blvd. Because we are located in a historic building, the location was only ever given an address for E Water Street!


If you come to the 215 E Water Street entrance, look for the yellow stripes in the parking lot to the right of the building. Follow those and the shop is the corner spot, on your left. 

Shop Info & Features

  • We focus on high quality and original items.
  • Gift purchases receive complimentary packaging with artist information. 
  • We display the artist's name and hometown near their work.
  • A large cork map has pins to represent where artists' work comes from.
  • Staff are knowledgable about how items are made and the stories behind them.

Returns, Exchanges, & Store Credit Policy

  • Items may be returned/exchanged with valid receipt or gift receipt within 14 days of purchase.
  • Must be in original form. Food, lotion, or any used, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Once a product has left the retail store, any damages that occur on the product are the customer's responsibility,
  • Must present a receipt or gift receipt. Items with a gift receipt are exchange or store credit only. 
  • The shop reserves the right not to accept returns/exchanges.
  • Sale, special, or custom orders, and gift cards are final sale.
  • In very select cases, we will work with the customer if an item appears to have a design flaw after purchase. 


Custom/Special Orders

Not all artists offer custom or special orders. Please speak with a staff member for more information. 

Repairs/Adjustments

  • Not all items can be altered, resized, or adjusted. Staff will contact artists on a case by case basis.
  • Items that can be resized/altered will be an additional fee. 
  • For jewelry: the shop can also provide a referral to a local jeweler. 

Gift Packaging

Majority of gift purchases can be beautifully packaged. Please note, very large, oddly shaped or items like cards, notebooks, and a handful of other items cannot receive gift packaging.  We also cannot package items for long distance travel, flights, or shipping. We do not offer shipping at this time.

FAQ: What is your return policy?

Because we are a small shop, we have a return/exchange/store credit policy of 14 days with valid receipt. More details are under the section "Returns, Exchanges, & Store Credit Policy."

FAQ: Ugh, isn't parking downtown terrible? Where can I park?

You might have to brush up on your parallel parking skills, but there are a lot of options:

  • Two full blocks of two hour street parking is available on Erie Boulevard East.
  • There is also street parking nearby along E Water St, E Washington St, Montgomery St, and S Warren St.

FAQ: I am an artist and I would like your shop to carry my items. How can I do this?

  • Thank you for your interest! We politely request no drop ins during shop hours.
  • If you are interested please email us the following:
    • Artist Statement
    • Photographs of your work
    • Links to a website and/or social media
    • Preference for wholesale, consignment, or either option
    • Price Sheet
    • Information on where else you sell your work (online, retail locations, art shows, etc.)
  • We take great care in selecting what items we have in the shop, and if we have space available, we will then be in touch within five business days.
